New Training Offer from your Local Safeguarding Children Board

Date: Monday, 06th Jul 2020 | Category: General

The Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Safeguarding Children Board have taken the following steps to maintain high quality multi-agency training whilst at the same time ensuring we follow government guidance to keep everyone safe. The past few months have provided us with an opportunity to explore and test new ways of delivering training.

This means from July 6, 2020 the following courses will enable you to access multi-agency Board training, with some modifications which means all face to face will now be delivered virtually. Where multi-agency training isn’t appropriate, agencies can access Level 1 courses should they wish to.

Alongside these changes, the Board has taken steps to ensure all agencies continue to receive value for money products, therefore our charging structure has been updated. These charges apply to all agencies, with the exception of the voluntary, charitable, faith organisations and Community Interest Companies who will receive all our training free of charge.
